This Privacy Policy describes how Angel Brown ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Bastion Playground (the "App"). It applies to all users of the App on iOS devices.
By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically as you use the App, and from third parties.
Information you provide directly
We do not knowingly collect information you provide directly to us. The App functions without requiring you to create an account or submit personal data.
Information collected automatically
Diagnostic and usage data. Your operating system may provide aggregated, anonymized crash and performance reports unless you have opted out.
Information from third parties
We do not receive personal information about you from third parties.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide the App. To deliver requested features, authenticate you where applicable, and operate the App as designed.
- Communicate with you. To respond to support requests and notify you of material changes.
- Comply with legal obligations. To comply with laws, court orders, and regulatory requests.
- Protect the App and users. To detect and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and terms violations.
We do not sell your personal information.
How We Share Your Information
Service providers
We do not currently share your information with third-party service providers except as required by law or as necessary to operate the App's core functionality.
Legal disclosures
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety of users, employees, or the public. We disclose only what is strictly necessary.
Business transfers
If Angel Brown is acquired, merges with another entity, or sells substantially all assets, your information may be transferred to the acquirer subject to this Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App.
Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your information, subject to limited legal exceptions.
- Object to certain processing of your information.
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable, machine-readable format.

Rights for California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the following rights:
- Right to know. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete. Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to limited exceptions.
- Right to correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. Direct us to limit the use of sensitive categories of personal information to what is necessary to provide the App.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may verify the agent's authority before processing the request.
Children's Privacy
Bastion Playground is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
Tracking and App Tracking Transparency
Bastion Playground does not track you across apps or websites operated by other companies. We do not request App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS, and we do not use Android Advertising ID for cross-app tracking.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption in transit (Transport Layer Security / HTTPS) for data sent between the App and our servers.
- Encryption at rest for sensitive personal data stored on our servers.
- Access controls that restrict employee access to user data on a need-to-know basis.
- Regular security review of our infrastructure and dependencies.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, for example, expanding the categories of data we collect or the purposes for which we use it, we will notify users in-App or by email and, where required by law, request renewed consent.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App and request deletion of your data.
