By downloading, installing, or using фів, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the app.
License
asd grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use фів on devices you own or control, in accordance with the rules of the platform you obtained it from. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or use the app to violate applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use фів to harass other users, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
Subscriptions & purchases
Paid subscriptions are processed and renewed through the platform you obtained the app from (typically Apple's App Store or Google Play). Cancellations and refunds are handled by that platform unless required otherwise by law.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, asd disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
In no event will asd's liability exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of CA, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
